This privacy notice explains how Skills Training Group, a trading name of Training Developments Scotland Limited ("we", "us", "our"), collects and uses your personal data when you contact us or book the PAT Testing Course in Portsmouth. We are the data controller for the personal data you provide.

What data we collect
- Enquiry details — when you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, telephone number (if provided) and the content of your message.
- Booking details — when you book a course we (and our booking provider) collect the information needed to process your booking and payment.
- Technical data — limited technical information such as your browser type may be processed by the third-party services we use (see "Third parties" below).
How we use your data and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the information or support you have asked for (our legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract).
- To administer and deliver your course booking (performance of a contract with you).
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations (legal obligation).
We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider we need to use it for another, compatible reason.
Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us operate, such as our booking and payment platform and our email/form delivery provider, and with professional advisers or authorities where required by law. These providers act on our instructions and are subject to appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above, including to satisfy any legal, accounting or reporting requirements, after which it is securely deleted.

Under UK data protection law you have rights including the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Third parties
- Web3Forms — processes and delivers contact-form submissions to us by email.
- Trustpilot — displays our review rating via an embedded widget.
- Google Fonts & Google Maps — used to load fonts and display our location map.
